Use of Photographs
• You certify that you are the parent or guardian or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian of the baby whose photos you are submitting.
• You certify that you own the rights to the photograph you are submitting.
• If submitting a professional photo, you certify that you have obtained permission from the photographer to duplicate that image for the purposes of creating your Birth Announcement
Payment
treasurements™ accepts major credit cards through the PayPal service (we send out invoices through e-mail). Please visit www.paypal.com to view their privacy policy and conditions documents.
Return Policy
All sales are final. We have a multi-step approval process to ensure you are happy with the design before we print.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders (one of the reasons that the minimum order is 50) and with that shipping we include insurance. It just seems smarter to us to insure something rather than hold you responsible for something completely out of your control (like many other sites do).
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is dependent upon the design stage. Orders cannot be cancelled once the proof has been approved and sent to print.

Creative Rights
treasurements™ retains the rights to all photo cards designs. Designs are not intended for free use.
Privacy Policy
Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to us , and privacy is a mater of simple integrity. Under no circumstances will we ever sell, trade, or distribute your private information to a third party. The information you provide us with is used solely for the fulfillment of your order. We occasionally will use our clients' proofs on our website for advertising and promotional purposes, but we will not do so unless we have your permission.
